Our specialists provide consecutive interpreting from Spanish into Russian and vice versa. We recommend an interpreter according to the client's specific needs and give you the opportunity to meet your interpreter before your visit.
Accompanying foreign clients
Besides interpreting, many clients also need to be accompanied for one or several days. We offer special rates when hiring an interpreter for the full day.
Interpreting at trade fairs
An interpreter at a trade fair must not only know the language but also present themselves well. All our translators and interpreters meet these requirements. We provide consecutive interpreting at fairs, organise the work on the stand and, if necessary, can coordinate stand assembly and the delivery of promotional material.
Contact follow-up and correspondence management
A large part of the work with potential partners begins after the business trip and the participation in the exhibition. We help manage business correspondence, make calls, schedule meetings and supervise the execution of projects in Russia.
Meet and accompany
We organise the transfer from the airport for our clients, by private vehicle or comfortable taxi (greeting with a name board in the arrivals area; the taxi fare can be paid by credit card).
Personnel selection
We select translators and other personnel for fairs and events across different industries. On request, we send you the interpreter's work experience and photograph in advance.
Cultural programmes
Clients travelling to Moscow on business often want to get to know the city as well. We arrange excursions and city walks for those who have booked our interpreting and accompaniment services.
Translation
We translate documentation, presentations, brochures, catalogues, advertising material and more. We also offer proofreading of texts produced by other translators.
Outsourcing
To carry out their projects, foreign companies often need a trusted person to whom they can entrust everything related to coordinating and sending documentation, selecting and delivering samples, solving logistics issues, monitoring, supervising contractors and preparing reports. We provide these services.
Fitting out offices, warehouses and showrooms
This service is provided in cooperation with a real-estate professional experienced in serving foreign clients and specialised in commercial property.
